in a multiplicity of errors that
obscure the truth. Error cannot stand alone, and would soon
become extinct if it did not fasten itself like a parasite upon the tree of
truth. Error draws its life from the truth of God. The traditions of men,
like floating germs, attach themselves to the truth of God, and men
regard them as a part of the truth. Through
false doctrines, Satan gains a foothold, and
captivates the minds of men, causing them to hold theories that have no
foundation in truth. Men boldly teach for doctrines the commandments of
men; and as traditions pass on from age to age, they
acquire a power over the human mind. But age does not make
error truth, neither does its burdensome weight cause the plant of truth to
become a parasite. The tree of truth bears its own genuine fruit, showing its
true origin and nature. The parasite of error also bears its own fruit, and
makes manifest that its character is diverse from the plant of heavenly origin.

An appeal is
made to you today to prayerfully and carefully consider this manuscript in its
entirety. It is a culmination of much conviction, which has now by necessity
been compiled in answer of the following communication from a respected and
prominent individual within Adventism today who wrote
Dear Brother: You liken the doctrine of the trinity to something like "deviltry." I do not question what you say, but I have requests from people who ask what is there in the doctrine of the trinity that is so devilish, so spiritually lethal to genuine Christian experience. Could you articulate some reasons that would help me reply to others? Robert J Wieland
This manuscript
collates Biblical and contemporary evidence in response to the question raised.
We must ask – Just whom do we worship when we express Roman
Catholicism’s Trinitarian concepts? For there is relevance to the warning of
the Third Angel regarding worship.
The footnotes are
extensive with links to additional study materials to continue individual
research. A word of caution for those prone to skim evidence that you consider
very carefully the entirety of information assembled. May our eyes be opened so we begin to see the
enemies “Masterpiece of Deception” and understand with urgency
how lethal Roman Catholicism’s central doctrine is to the genuine
Christian experience.
This subject is so serious and also a very
complex question. We enter the Domain of The Jehovah’s and thereby we are
utterly helpless and dependent upon the grace of God: for, where we tread
we are on holy ground.
Whenever any attempt is taken to explain the doctrine of God we all
truly need a ‘live coal’ to touch our lips that the ‘calves of our stammering
lips’ can convey a small portion of the revelation of the Gospel.
The title of this manuscript is not child’s
play. We are dealing with a very sophisticated enemy to deceive. As John who “fell at His
feet as dead”, we, similarly must bow when we approach the Great “I AM, the
first and the last” … “that liveth, and was dead; and behold, (is) alive for
evermore” our Wonderful God, and Saviour - who alone provides light, knowledge
and complete salvation.
It is our sincere
desire that following your own personal study of this subject you may obtain a
crystal clear picture of the devil’s hidden signature of Romanism, written
today upon our people!

Chapter I
The Capstone - the
“Mystery of
Iniquity”
Edgar Allan Poe
wrote that the best place to hide something is where everyone can see it. This
concept is found in his famous story “The Purloined Letter.” Is this idea
original to Poe? No, the enemy of
righteousness has actuated this concept for millennia. The symbol above is an example
of something hidden where everyone can see it. The symbol, known as Triquetra,
is the recognized identity of Roman Catholicism’s Trinitarian Godhead and found
within the covering pages of the New King James Bible.
The complexity of the Trinity and its multitude of Trinitarianism’s
is expansive, subtle, at times seamless yet extremely lethal. What makes
it so ‘devilish’ is that the issue about whom we perceive to be God. It is for
this reason that what one can perceive to be true can be just so close to
truth; and yet, not truth at all.
Therefore, truth about God and worship of God is the foundational basis
for the genuine Christian experience.
We will now discuss some of
The definition of the Trinity as provided in the footnote
[2]
is the capstone of the Mystery of Iniquity. The Ecumenical “Bride” of
Revelation chapter 17 in her synthesis of God - the Niceno-Constantipolitan
Creed declares … 'for there is only one God" [3] and
insists “The faith of all Christian's rests
on the Trinity".[4]
Ex-cathedra she asserts - “The mystery of the Most
Holy Trinity is the central mystery of Christian faith and life.” [5]
This statement for its utter accomplishment is the mind of
unrighteousness: the mind of the Dragon because as we will see it is the
capstone and worship of a false god - it is the Mystery of Iniquity.[6]
Interestingly, the monotheistic Trinitarian belief finds itself as
Article #1 of Constitution accepted by all member churches of the
World Council of Churches. [7]
James White often described this teaching as the “old
trinitarian absurdity” [8]
and wrote: -
“The mystery of iniquity” began to work in the church in
Paul’s day. It finally crowded out the simplicity of the gospel, and corrupted
the doctrine of Christ, and the church went into the wilderness. Martin Luther,
and the reformers, arose in the strength of God, and with the Word and Spirit,
made mighty strides in the Reformation. The greatest fault we can find in the
Reformation is, the Reformers stopped reforming. Had they gone on, and onward,
till they had left the last vestige of Papacy behind, such as natural
immortality, sprinkling, the trinity, and Sunday-keeping, the church
would now be free from her unscriptural errors. [9]
The Ministerial Association General Conference of Seventh-day
Adventist’s replicate the Niceno thrust of One God and unashamedly express
Roman Catholicism’s view of God …
“This
monotheistic emphasis does not contradict the Christian concept of the triune
God or Trinity” … “There is no
distance between the persons of the triune God [10]
Roman Catholicism counsels catechumens -
“The
divine Unity is Triune” [11]
“Now this is the
Catholic faith: We worship One God in the Trinity and the Trinity in
unity” [12]
“There
are not three gods but one God” [13]
This common emphasis to the dogma of the Trinity and especially
monotheism’s [one God] as being the Christian concept and that it does not
contradict a triune God or Trinity, is pure confusion. The implicit worship of “one God”
when there is more than One Identity, is utterly unreasonable.
Sr White does not convey the Triune Monotheistic concept of
The Niceno Constantipolitan Creed commences : - “I Believe in One
God” [15]
“The
confession of God’s oneness … is inseparable from the profession of God’s
existence and equally fundamental. God is unique; there is only one God:
“The Christian faith confesses that God is one in nature, substance, and
essence.” [16]
Then to further confuse - citing St Gregory of Nazianzus, also called “the
Theologian,” informs “the infinite co-naturality of three
infinities. ” [17]
The First Angel’s Message of Revelation chapter Fourteen is
instructive: our Saviour is also worthy of worship.[18]
Trinitarian monotheism creates the seamless worship of “one” who
selfishly wanted to interpose and “exalt his throne … and be like the most
High”.[19] He, of whom the True Witness warns, “All
the world wondered after the beast and they [all the world] worshipped …
the Dragon.[20]
The monotheistic notion that
there is literally One God [21] is a denial of
John 1:1. ‘Oneness” in plurality does
not constitute one Identity. The Jehovah’s are of one will, character, knowing,
desiring, deciding, and act in unison for the purpose of salvation of mankind.
We will see shortly how this Creed removes the very Top Rung
from ‘The Ladder’ of Salvation. [22]
Romanism is
now regarded by Protestants with far greater favor than in former years.
In those countries where Catholicism is not in the ascendancy, and the papists
are taking a conciliatory course in order to gain influence, there is an
increasing indifference concerning the doctrines that separate
the reformed churches from the papal hierarchy; the opinion is gaining
ground that, after all, we do not differ so widely upon vital points as has
been supposed, and that a little concession on our part will bring us into a
better understanding with Rome. The time was when Protestants placed a high
value upon the liberty of conscience which had been so dearly purchased. They
taught their children to abhor popery and held that to seek harmony with
Jesus alerted the beloved in
the end days deception would
be so spiritually lethal - that "if possible would deceive the very
elect." [24]
In other words, “The track of truth lies close beside the
track of error, and both tracks may seem to be one to minds which are not
worked by the Holy Spirit, and which, therefore, are not quick to discern the
difference between truth and error.” [25]
This quote you will recognise concerns the book The Living Temple - the “Alpha of deadly heresies”.
The Lord’s Messenger continued, “The Omega will
follow and will be received by those who are not willing to heed the warning
God has given.” [26]
The issue of the Alpha was about and over God: the Omega is the
capstone of the Alpha.
For example our Lord affirms, “Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which
shall believe on me through their word; That they all may be one; as thou,
Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that
the world may believe that thou hast sent me. And the glory which thou gavest
me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one;
and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as
thou hast loved me.[27]
That we all might be of one spirit is
the unity desired for God’s remnant people: revealing unity in Truth, [28] the same will,
character, knowing, desiring, deciding, and They acting in unison working out
our own salvation as The Elohim desired for us all “Christ in you the hope of
glory” [29]
“But
the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father
in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is
Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in
truth.” [30]
Chapter II
The Ladder
Christ is The Ladder of Salvation: He alone
links Earth and Heaven.[31]
For many decades a growing number of people including the 1888 Message
Study Committee are rightly concerned about false views on the nature of
Christ. We know any false view of the Incarnation removes the Bottom
Rung of The Ladder. The Ladder is
the Superstructure of Salvation. Scripture warns with explicit clarity that
when the bottom rung does not touch this earth we do not have a Saviour who was
made in the likeness of sinful flesh; verily we have a “spirit” [which] “is not of God” a false Christ [32]. The Immaculate Conception of Rome attests
this removal.
Bottom Rung
We as a people were clearly warned about the Holy Flesh teaching of
Bridging Rungs
One of the “bridging rungs”
of the Ladder is the Good News of the Gospel of Christ’s Righteousness. This
rung explains salvation is by faith alone, by grace alone, by
Christ alone.
Now, keeping this in mind,
what has been completely overlooked in the need to share the sublime truth of
the Incarnation [The Bottom Rung] what has been disregarded has been to what is
of vital importance - the Top Rung of the Ladder - that reaches into Heaven to
the Throne of Grace.
The Top Rung
The Trinitarian heresy has
severely confused our concept of the Godhead and as a consequence the
appreciation of the Top Rung of the Ladder has suffered. For example, He
who was The Word, The Logos, The I AM - had an eternal self existent Identity,
also as Jehovah.
Whereas the Trinitarian
heresy insists that He was from eternity the “eternal Son
of God” [36] and
“eternally born” [37] and this has been replicated
in the 27 Fundamentals ie., “God the eternal Son” [38]
Catechists are instructed –
“When
we pray to “our” Father, we personally address the Father of our Lord Jesus
Christ. By doing we do not divide the Godhead, since the father is its “source
and origin,” but rather confess that the Son is eternally
begotten by him and the Holy Spirit proceeds from him ... The Holy
Trinity is consubstantial and indivisible.” [39]
These Trinitarian expressions
and formulation are not Scriptural.
He “was” always; He was - The
I AM: He was “decreed” to be a Son. [40]
For obvious reasons
acceptance and assimilation of Roman Catholicism’s Trinitarian dogma of God
causes angst within Adventism today with those awakening unto righteousness.
The reaction is often frantic, so much so, that well-meaning efforts of many to
disassociate themselves completely from this heresy spawn other problems: -

There are those who refuse
point blank to believe anything of
2)
Similarly others in their
rabid rejection of Roman Catholicism’s central teaching resurrect Gnostic One
God heresies – which are still fully Trinitarian. This paper will not cover these aspects. [41]
Roman Catholicism’s Trinity
is extremely lethal efficiently disposing the crucial top rung of the
Ladder of Salvation. When one looks over this teaching it appears to be a solid
viable rung. Interestingly, it drifted into our Church following the death of
Sr White in the 1920’s and 30’s. [42]
Elder Froom had written, “The Denomination
[was] irrevocably committed to [the] basic Christian verities.” [43]
While men did stand forth against this heresy[44]
it still gained such a foothold of acceptance in our denomination until
finally in 1980 it was totally accepted and voted in as true doctrine.[45] The seeds of abomination planted two
generations ago have taken full root. We are now held captive by Roman
Catholicism’s view of God. It is rutted into our thinking as truth and belief.
Every effort to explain or discuss the Godhead is riddled with Roman Catholic
expressions and nomenclature.
The mystery of the Trinity of
the Little Horn “is the central doctrine of
Catholic faith. Upon it are based all other teachings of the Church”. [46]
This central teaching of Mystery
Babylon is the nigh perfect deception: for it is ultimately the worship of the
Dragon. Now we have taught for decades and know conclusively, not one Christian
can reach the Throne of Grace by removal of the bottom rung or any bridging
rung of the ladder. Then, can we vouchsafe to even think that where we restore
the truth corrupted by Rome, and repair it with the truth as it is in Jesus
that we can ignore the critical importance of the top rung and in the process
inadvertently worship whom we know not by holding to her central teaching and
dogma? This holds dire consequences for eternal salvation.
Should we completely ignore the Top Rung of the Ladder? Never! The
forgotten Top Rung reaching heaven implicates the First Commandment. We as a people have placed total emphasis and
are totally engrossed in the change to the Fourth Commandment and we easily
recognize the removal of the Second Commandment [47]
by the Enemy of Righteousness; but as a people we have completely missed the
divisive attack by the enemy of our souls upon God’s First Commandment. In our efforts to defy polytheism we
misapprehend the fact there is more than one God! [48]
It is vital to observe that where any
rung of The Ladder concerning our Saviour’s - Eternal Divinity, His Law, His
Righteousness, His Faith, His Grace, His Incarnation is tampered with or made
faulty or removed we have in our midst a false spirit, a false Christ, and
unrighteousness. More importantly with the Top Rung being ignored for several
generations now, we have drunk from the “golden cup” the “wine of her
fornication” her [polluted doctrines].[49] The consequence being, we express Mystery
Babylon’s graven image of God, her perception of God, a false
god, the god of Sunday worship, and replicated in many forms as the god of
paganism.
May it be repeated – we have the Masterpiece
of Iniquity in our midst! Millions
worship an image of what is perceived to be God. This image of Roman
Catholicism’s Trinity is so close to truth. We are warned "no marvel; for Satan
himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing
that his ministers also be transformed as ministers of righteousness". [50]
Devilish sophistry
will remove any rung of The Ladder, our only means of salvation and our trust,
the Holy Scriptures alone. Salvation is intrinsically Christ, the central
desire of our hearts. Verily the enemy has sown more than tares; we have gross
heresy in our midst where well-meaning men imitate
Look back to the turn
of the last century, many of our people did not for one minute perceive the
book The Living Temple was the “Alpha of
deadly heresies”.[51] Is it that we who are at the borders of the
eternal world remain ignorant of the Alpha and Omega warning!
The truth of the Top Rung of the Ladder
of Salvation is profound - He, by a great love chose to condescend to the
lowest rung and touch earth to save man as a Servant of servants and voided
Himself of His own Identity as God, who was verily God in the beginning. [52] “And without
controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the
flesh.”[53] Our Saviour was God. It is truly
stated, “In Him is life, original, unborrowed,
underived”.[54]
“Think of Christ's humiliation. He took upon
himself fallen, suffering human nature, degraded and defiled by sin. He took
our sorrows, bearing our grief and shame. He endured all the temptations
wherewith man is beset. He united humanity with divinity: a divine spirit dwelt
in a temple of flesh. He united himself with the temple. "The Word was
made flesh, and dwelt among us," because by so doing he could associate
with the sinful, sorrowing sons and daughters of Adam.[55]
He, whose Life was “original,
unborrowed and underived” could be no One
less than God in satisfying and completing the Top Rung of the Ladder. He was
not lesser to a Supreme Being as eternally begotten, He was not brought forth
or begotten or born as a Son in eternity. He always was. [56] He is The Ladder.
John states clearly there were *Two in
the beginning [57]
and Both were Theos [God]. Not one, or even three in the beginning, but
Two. Any deviation from the Truth of
Scripture that He, The Logos, who came
in the “likeness of sinful flesh” to satisfy the Bottom Rung, (the Good News of
the Gospel)[58]
and was in the beginning always God, is pure falsehood.
It also dare not be overlooked; He is
also the Alpha and Omega[59] - The I AM. [60]

Chapter III
The Sabbath and Sunday
Can the Three In one - Trinity of
the Dragon [63]
the “one” who changed the blessed Seventh Day Sabbath Day to
Sunday Sacredness [64]
be the God which created Heaven and earth?
The answer is an emphatic NO!
God’s people have been long
warned about false gods[65]
even as identified in the First Commandment. To have no other god’s before the
true God’s is the basis of the First Commandment. Can we truly hold the New
Covenant promise of the Law written upon our hearts and minds[66]
when we have applied the First Commandment to mean there is only “One” God?
To worship Two God’s is not polytheism[67].
The monotheistic invention of Trinitarianism has created the intent that
worshipping more than One God is transgression.
This is our muddled thinking!
Can we, like Ancient Israel worship a
false god on God’s true day, His Sabbath day? An empathic YES! [68] The God’s who sanctified and blessed the
Sabbath cannot be the same God as the god of the day of worship change ie, to
Sunday sacredness. Only the mind of the Dragon accomplished such a day change
and of all people we as Adventists should know this! The True God’s change not! [69]
We do not worship the Sabbath –
we rest. We worship the God’s of the Sabbath! We fear God and worship Him who made
heaven and earth.[70]
In Truth we worship the
Creator’s of “the Sabbath of the Lord thy God” [71]
who made “heaven and earth”.[72]
Jeremiah caught this vital point
concerning false worship of those not the True Gods –
“Thus shall
we say unto them, The gods that have not made the heavens and the
earth, even they shall perish from the earth, and from under the heavens.” [73]
We find the First Angel
implies this same message in the positive sense! The Elohim [The Logos, and the
Theos] who Both created Heaven and Earth [74]
and are The God’s of the Seventh Day Sabbath [75].
They are neither the gods of Sunday nor the “god” who inspired and changed The
Sabbath to Sunday sacredness.
Concerning
the Sabbath our Saviour emphasized he was: - “Lord also of the Sabbath.” [76]
The
Elohim are the True Creator’s of heaven and earth [77]
and are to be worshipped. In other words, He who was the Word was ALSO
Creator of Heaven and Earth and was ALSO God. For in Both of Them alone,
is true holiness, truth and sanctification.[78]
Many millions keep Sunday
sacred. The majority of Apostate Protestantism worship the god of
There is a difference in the
God’s of the Sabbath Decalogue [79]
and Catholicism’s Trinity who changed the Sabbath to Sunday! Should we not heed Jeremiah’s warning!
Thus shall
we say unto them, The gods that have not made the heavens
and the earth, [or the Sabbath] even they shall perish from the earth, and from
under the heavens.”
Let
us be honest, where in the Bible, has God ever informed the Little Horn or
Beast, which arose out of the sea, was ever purported to hold, acknowledge or
done anything for truth as it is in Jesus? Then should we look carefully again
at her perception of her image of the Godhead or stoop and inadvertently
worship the Dragon?
Millions,
including Seventh-day Adventist’s blindly welcome this central teaching[80] of the Little
Horn -
Chapter
IV
The Trinity, the ‘one god’ of Sunday
The Sabbath is a “sign” of God’s people.[81] Therefore the God’s of the Sabbath alone are
to be worshipped. It should be easily seen from the foregoing discussion that
the “one god” behind Sunday is not the true God even though you worship on the
Sabbath! To worship a false god on God’s day of rest is false worship,
transgression of the First Commandment. [82] A perilous spiritual situation!
This perilous spiritual situation was
revealed as an example for us on whom the ends of the world are come, when the
whole Jewish nation worshiped and kept the Sabbath but denied the true God who
created the Sabbath, their house was left unto them desolate. [83]
The Woman of Revelation 12 was
given a ‘sacred trust’ [84]
yet she today holds forth as truth the same formulation of God as
MYSTERY BABYLON THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS
Some questions in light of
eternal truth and salvation are posed:
1)
The
worship of the true God’s is a matter of salvation? [86]
2)
The worship on the true day of rest
identifies the true God’s. [87]
3)
The worship of the beast’s image
is more than conceding the correct day [88]
4)
Can
one keep the Seventh day Sabbath and in turn worship a false god? [89]
5)
Should we blindly accept the worship the
monotheistic Trinitarian Godhead [90] the central teaching of
Roman Catholicism when she is a seducer of many false rungs of the Ladder of
salvation viz Sunday Sacredness; the blasphemous Mass; The Eucharist; The
Tridentine Gospel; the Immaculate Conception, Immortality of the soul etc all
of which is the worship of the enemy of righteousness – the devil?
6)
Should we accept a Latin Vulgate gloss:
reframing the intent that the Three agree in one but allege is One! [91]
7)
Catholicism’s concepts are interwoven
into Adventist ecumenical nomenclature? See 27 Fundamental #2;
8)
Observe
from the old and the new Hymnal and compare Hymn #73 Holy Holy
Holy and consider the change and
new language endorsed [92]
9)
Are we as a people of God fully informed
of the Second Angel’s warning? [93]

Is
this verily a reason the Three Angel’s Messages are “repeated to the
Church”? [94]
If we really sit back and think, the
average Church going individual would never be deceived about a National
Sunday Law. Nigh impossible! With the Ten Commandment
Commission unfolding its extravaganza in
Jesus cautioned, the
"devil abode not in the truth" [95]
because the enemies mouth is full of guile. Then it follows,
the truth about whom we perceive and articulate as God and how we describe
whom we worship becomes very serious. The concern is whether we as
Seventh-day Adventist’s should have as our Fundamental Belief #2, Roman
Catholicism’s Nicaeno formulation of God, which is agreed by all members of the
World Council of Churches. [96]
Are we not commissioned to be separate and distinct a peculiar people? [97]
The First Angel entreats us to have
knowledge of God. It conveys a specific distinction to Whom we are to worship.[98]
A correlation confirmed by Paul
“And to you who
are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from
heaven with his mighty angels, in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know
not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ” [99]
The Third Angel holds an ominous
warning about false worship …
“If any man worship the beast and his image, and
receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, the same shall drink of the
wrath of God.”[100] This
forewarning identifies false worship of the Beast and his image.
Roman Catholicism
does not hold nor was ever bequeathed the Everlasting Gospel, the Three Angel’s
Messages. The Second Angels warning is sufficient. She is “fallen, is
fallen”. These Three Messages were given to a specific Church in Bible Prophecy
to herald to a deceived, dying world.[101]
Why is the world to
be charged with the warning of false worship? [102] Why would a Roman Catholic or Evangelical
Sunday keeper need to come across keeping the Sabbath when they worship the one
and same God?
We know Mystery Babylon has falsified a
myriad of lower rungs of The Ladder of Salvation;[103] and it is
equally reasonable to appreciate that her view of God can never be replete in
truth, when all her other teachings are unbiblical. Then how can “the
central doctrine of the Catholic faith. Upon it are based all other teachings
of the (Roman Catholic) Church” [104] ever be truth
and therefore the Top Rung of the Ladder of Salvation!
Being raised Roman Catholic I
recall chanting verbatim the Nicene credo. Interestingly such is the reliance
of the origin of this tradition, she avers

Niceno-Constantipolitan or Nicene Creed draws its great authority from
the fact that it stems from the first two ecumenical councils (in AD 325 and
381). It remains common to all the great Churches of both East and West to
this day” [105]
“The
Apostles Creed … is the ancient baptismal symbol of the Church of Rome. It’s
great authority arises from this fact: it is” the Creed of the Roman Church,
the See of Peter, the first of the apostles, to which he brought common
faith” [106]
“Our [
Fearful self-aggrandizements
for any student of the Bible to even consider as being truth.
Interestingly the majority of
Protestantism believes the same Trinitarian Triune god of Catholicism and keep
the same day. Then, it must be asked -
what “theological tares” could the enemy plant, which would imperceptibly
spread vigorously, assimilate undetected and be so thoroughly believed right up
until the time of the harvest by Sabbath Keepers? Is this the warning of our
Lord about “deceive if possible”! [108]
The lack of distinction between truth and
error does affect a genuine "Christian experience” Jesus
warned in Matthew chapter 24. Distinctly, in His people there is NO
GUILE![109] The smallest measure of poison though
extremely small, yet disguised yet very potent – and deception held as
truth, deceives.
It is not only myself but most ex-Catholics will admit when
asked if they had a problem with the confusing “three god’s are one” concept,
all agree it is difficult to understand. It is
“In order to articulate the dogma of
the Trinity, the Church had to develop its own terminology
with the help of certain notions of philosophical origin: “substance,” “person”
or “hypostasis,” “relation,” and so on. In doing this, she did not submit the
faith to human wisdom, but gave a new and unprecedented meaning to these terms,
which from then on would be used to signify an ineffable mystery, “infinitely
beyond all that we can humanly understand.” [110]

Chapter V
lethal deception - monotheism’s Triune
god
“And the LORD said
unto Moses, Behold, thou shalt sleep with thy fathers; and this people will
rise up, and go a whoring after the gods of the strangers of the land,
whither they go to be among them, and will forsake me, and break
my covenant which I have made with them. Then my anger shall be kindled
against them in that day, and I will forsake them, and I will hide my face from
them, and they shall be devoured, and many evils and troubles shall befall
them; so that they will say in that day, Are not these evils come upon us,
because our God is not among us? And I will surely hide my face in that
day for all the evils which they shall have wrought, in that they are turned
unto other gods.” [112]
The Triune formulation in the
Catholic Catechism demeans the Eternal Individual Divinity of The Word, our
Lord and Saviour.
The formulation of

“I Believe in One God.’ These are the
words with which the Niceno-Constantipolitan Creed begins. The confession of
God’s oneness … God is unique; there is only one God: ‘The Christian faith
confesses that God is one in nature, substance, and essence.” [113]
The same creed confesses
“the only
begotten Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father, light from
light, true God from true God, begotten not made, consubstantial
with the Father”[114]

Church recognizes the Father as “the source and origin of the
whole divinity … And, since the
Father has through generation given to the only-begotten Son everything
that belongs to the Father, except being Father, the Son has also eternally
from the Father, from whom he is eternally born, that the Holy Spirit
proceeds from the Son ”[115]

Can it get any worse than this? Yes, by worshipping this image of
God and by holding this credo. These
expressions are not found in the Scriptures. But these expressions are
woven into the 27 Fundamentals! These expressions are speculation and
complete denigration of Our Lord's Eternal Divinity - He who was verily The
Word, The I AM, Jehovah, the ‘everlasting king’; [119]
The everlasting Father” [120]
He who was, the I AM, was always with the Theos from Eternity. [121]
We return to the 27 Fundamentals where
the Ministerial Association assiduously say "The Old Testament does not explicitly
teach that God is triune, it alludes to the plurality of the Godhead" – more strangely yet, is the conclusion
on the next page "While
the Godhead is not one person, [there remains] the monotheistic thrust that the
Father, Son and Holy Spirit are one God.” [122] (Their emphasis).
The ”wicked counsel,” of “men that devise mischief” conceived this
monotheistic triune thrust of the Little Horn. [123]
The Monotheistic Triune Trinity not only is a mathematical
conundrum it numbs one’s spiritual senses. It tarnishes the intent of Phil
2:5-7 because we are persuaded to believe unscriptural things about
Him that are not Biblical, namely, that He was “the eternal Son.” [124]
For such, one does not grasp His original high and exalted position
and nor can we then appreciate the cost of the Cross and Death - He tasted for
all men[125],
or the extent of His decision to come and save man and to forever forgo His
Omnipresence.
Consequentially, it is easy to take grace in vain and not see
Who was lifted up and Who draws all men unto Himself. He who was
God – is Emmanuel – God with us. [126]
Great is the mystery of Godliness; God was manifest in the flesh! We have the privilege to overcome even as He
overcame and if overcomers are beckoned to sit on His throne.[127]
Our Lord has been craftily dislodged from His exalted
position as God by an impostor who Isaiah has prophesied would so do [128]
and verily is the basis of the Great Controversy
motif! These contrived monotheistic
notions dramatically lessen His Eternal Identity as Jehovah and mute the
Condescension of His Incarnation and in so doing we …
… "lightly esteem
the Rock of [our] salvation and provoke Him to jealousy" They provoked him to jealousy with strange gods, with
abominations provoked they him to anger. They sacrificed unto devils, not to
God; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods that came newly up, whom
your fathers feared not. Of the Rock that begat thee thou art unmindful, and
hast forgotten God that formed thee. They have moved me to jealousy with
that which is not God; they have provoked me to anger with their
vanities: and I will move them to jealousy with those which are not a people; I
will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation.[129]
Then who would be the "impostor" to satisfy this
“strange” monotheistic thrust as noted in Isa 14:12-14 to have a people
who would provoke the Rock of our Salvation to jealousy; poisoning eternal
salvation, shutting out the light from the Sanctuary. [130] Satan, the Dragon who whispers it’s
impossible to overcome by grace by faith and by Christ alone! He alone would
desire the literal formulation of the Godhead to be couched in monotheistic
terms - One God!
The Elohim are more than One Person. This surging
monotheistic emphasis whose origins are found in the pagan trinities
holding to one god, comes only from the mind of unrighteousness!
Chapter VI
The Controversy - 1 John 5:7
At this juncture it is most appropriate
to introduce two items provided for essential consideration. One, the controversial text - 1 John 5:7; and secondly, some
historical evidence concerning the Blue Laws commonly known as Sunday Laws.

1) 1 John 5:7
“For there are three.
Hebrew practice, based on Deut. 17:6;19:5: etc. demanded consistent testimony
from two or three Witnesses before action was taken in certain legal disputes. John is here citing
three witnesses in support in the divinity of his Master (1 John 5:5, 6, 8),
thus assuring his readers of the reliability of his statement.
Textual
evidence attests (cf. p. 10) the omission of the passage “in heaven, the
Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. And there are
three that bear witness in earth.” The resultant reading of vs. 7, 8 is as
follows: “for three that bear record, the Spirit, and the Water, and the Blood:
and these three agree in one.” The
passage as given in the KJV is in no Greek MS earlier than the 15th
and 16th centuries. The disputed words found their way into
the KJV by way of the Greek text of Erasmus (see Vol. V, p. 141). It is said
that Erasmus offered to include the disputed words in his Greek testament if he

guided and wrote every word of Scripture in the Holy Bible would do well to
reconsider the following given by the Messenger of the Lord.

Blue Laws
We, as a people, are
clear in our appreciation and warning about Sunday Laws and separation
of Church and State. We in turn recognise the more common terminology “Blue
Laws” as being merely associated to Sunday Laws. But is this entirely the fact
of the matter?

the “most Holy Trinity!”
The Mystery of
Iniquity has played a wily deception about the Godhead. He alone wants to be
singularly worshiped and be like the Most High. Virtually unrecognizable this
teaching has slipped passed us all because we hold conservative theological and
well-known views concerning the National Sunday Laws. While this deception
about God has been ultimately “hidden” for us all to see, all of Adventism is
spotlighting and concentrating fully on, and looking only for, the National
Sunday Laws as the main threat to Religious Liberty and ultimately persecution
and a death decree.
Both the Alpha and
Omega of Apostasy involve worship! Can one worship a day? Or does one
worship God and that God being the God of a certain day on which one worships
and keeps Holy?
Let it be
stated plainly … it is time for God’s people who have eyes to see and ears to
hear and to awake to this lethal yet little known deception concerning the “One
God” whom ye Worship.
From these two references 1) 1John 5:7 and 2) The Blue Laws as published on our denominational presses we have
available undeniable “source” material
for many a Theology Class across our denomination for many decades yet we teach
preach Babylon’s Trinity. Why was this
missed?
Not Sabbath Breaking but Blasphemy
Caiaphas arose following the testimony of two false witnesses
and said to Jesus “Answerest
thou nothing? What is it with these [two false] witness against thee?” Our Lord held His peace. And the high priest
answered and said unto him, ‘I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us whether
thou be the Christ, the Son of God.
Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said:
nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son
of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming
in the clouds of heaven. Then the high priest rent his
clothes, saying, He hath spoken blasphemy; what further need have we of witnesses? behold, now ye
have heard his blasphemy. What think ye? They answered and said, He is guilty of death. [133]
Caiaphas trapped our Saviour into a false
charge of blasphemy. Our Saviour was not indicted on Sabbath breaking but “blasphemy”.
This matter of Christ being The Ladder [134] was recognized in part by the Jews prior to Caiaphas
arraigned our Lord in the Praetorium for the death penalty.
The record states a prior accusation of
blasphemy by the Jews occurred. The narrative provides stark contrast between
blasphemy and our Lord being the Ladder.
The Jews only saw our Lord being part “The Ladder” and could never see
His association of being the Top Rung.
The Gospel of John continues: -
“It was at
Jesus answered them “I and my Father are one.
Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. Jesus answered them, Many good
works have I showed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone
me?
The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work
we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, [the bottom
rung of The Ladder] makest thyself God [The Top Rung].
Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your
law, I said, Ye are gods? If he called them gods, unto whom the word of
God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; Say ye of him, whom the Father
hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?
If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not. But if I do, though
ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the
Father is in me, and I in him. [135]
It is interesting to also observe how
heaven sees “blasphemy”: -
“Wherefore I [Our Lord] say unto you, All
manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. [136]
It is so that the
Holy Spirit is to convict sin, righteousness and judgment[137]
and guide into “all truth” [138] if therefore one accuses that
which the Holy Spirit speaks as error then is this not the sin of blasphemy
which cannot be forgiven unto men? “In
whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your
salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy
Spirit of promise” [139]
Chapter VIII
What is so spiritually lethal about all of this?
Hath
a nation changed their gods, which are yet no gods? but my
people have changed their
glory for that which doth not profit. Be astonished, O ye heavens, at this, and
be horribly afraid, be ye very desolate, saith the LORD. For my
people have committed two
evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no
water. [140]
The spiritual lethalness is the worship of the Dragon’s polished
improvised 'image' of the true God’s and that his intended desire is for one
thing – he rankles to be worshipped - If we accept this image of the
Little Horn and worship their perception of God we will also receive the wrath
of God as warned by the Third Angel.
We void the Sanctuary
Doctrine and genuine Christian experience on the Day of Atonement when we
worship what we perceive to be the true Godhead when in reality like the Jews
of old, we are worshipping the sun god of paganism[141]. Why do we as a people who were
given the “Everlasting Gospel” need to accept Mystery Babylon’s view of God whose
origins are bounded in paganism, unrighteousness and remove the top rung of The
Ladder?
A false monotheistic godhead – Trinitarianism,
which is a shadow of the very image, counterfeits and cannot continually make
the comer thereunto perfect. This shadow of the true is a shadow of death! [142]
Listen to the ‘great words’ of the Little Horn
“From
the beginning, the revealed truth of the Holy Trinity
has been at the very root of the Church’s living faith” [143]
This being the case a genuine Christian
experience of cleansing from sin for the individual by our High Priest in the
Day of Atonement is impossible especially when our Church holds emphatically
the Trinity dogma. The consequence of the Little Horn’s taproot teaching
developed within our own theology, to the extent, where we can now say as her -
the Atonement was completed on the cross. [144]
“In
Revelation 17,
What has happened in the rejection of a
“most precious message” for example as given in 1888 and the subsequent
warnings by Sr White of its rejection has caused us as a people after her death
to believe that additional light meant receiving the Little Horn’s central
teaching (sic). Imperceptibly we have preferred darkness rather than light and
express the worship of the true God’s as a false god. The principle of the following quote is
provided …
“ I saw that the
greater the light which the people reject, the greater will be the power of
deception and darkness which will come upon them. The rejection of truth leaves
men captives, the subjects of Satan's deception.”[146]
Would the rejection of
1888 when left corporately unrepented give rise to the perfect deception within
the theology of our ranks?
Chapter IX
The Sanctuary
In 1940 Elder J S Washburn expressed the theological
difficulty of the Trinity in no uncertain terms: as being a “a
cruel heathen monstrosity, … an impossible absurd invention, … blasphemous
burlesque, … a bungling, absurd, irreverent caricature, … “adopted directly from heathenism.”
In other words, “Christ is no longer your Mediator.” The doctrine denied the Law and led to
dictatorial attitudes.
Alluding to the troubles in
Washburn continued - Professor [Prescott] might be a
“courteous, cultured, educated gentleman, … but his teachings are thus the more
dangerous and destructive … however kindly or beautiful or apparently profound
his sermons or article may be, when a man has arrived at a place where he
teaches the heathen Catholic doctrine of the Trinity, is he even a true
preacher of the Gospel?” [147]
The principle of Christ no longer being your Mediator is utterly
Roman Catholicism. They have interposed their priesthood and Mary as mediators
and Mediatrix for sinful man. When we place this understanding in light of the
Sanctuary doctrine we observe the Little Horn “magnified himself to the Prince
of the Host, and by him the daily was taken away, and the place of his
sanctuary was cast down. The transgression of the desolation, to be trodden
underfoot was to see the truth cast down to the ground; and it practised, and
prospered.” [148]
Washburn had insight to the fact that the Trinity of Roman
Catholicism was a ruinous teaching: but it was Daniel, who centuries
before saw the extent of the Fourth Beast and Little Horn and was “faint and
sick” … “astonished” about the “dreadful and terrible” beast and entrance of
the Little Horn and the truth about the fourth beast. What better could the enemy achieve than to
have God’s people to worship the Little Horn’s “god” and to even think in
believing they are preserved in truth by believing in Christ; the Sanctuary
teaching, and keeping the Sabbath!
Yet, in all reality such does not plumb the depths of deception of
the Little Horn’s darkest, grandest, deceptive and BLASPHEMOUS doctrine;
her “central doctrine” – “The mystery of the Trinity is the central
doctrine of Catholic faith. Upon it are based all other
teachings of the church” [149]
This heresy removes your High Priest who alone can cleanse
in the accomplishment of the Last Act of the Final Atonement. The Little Horn continues to practice and
prosper … “And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against
God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that
dwell in heaven.” [150]
Further it must also be noted - Washburn was so concerned with Professor
Prescott introducing a “Roman Doctrine” into the church, which
was “wholly foreign to all Bible and
teachings of the Spirit of Prophecy” that he posed a most crucial question concerning the Sanctuary -
"How could
Jesus be a true Mediator if He was of one "substance"
with the Father?" [151]
Having united Protestantism with
"From the beginning, the revealed truth of the Holy
Trinity has been at the very root of the Church’s living faith … It
finds its expression in the rule of baptismal faith, formulated in the
preaching, catechesis, and prayer of the Church. Such formulations are already
found in the apostolic writings, such as this salutation taken up in the Eucharistic
liturgy” [152]
The Church [which gave a new and
unprecedented meaning to these words ... substance, person,
hypostasis,] uses the term 'substance' to designate the
divine being in its unity.” [153]
"We do not confess
three Gods, but one God in three persons, the consubstantial
Trinity". [154]
“The divine Unity
is Triune” [155]
The following definitions of “substance”
inextricably hold the believer of the Trinity to the blasphemous Mass and
Eucharist!
Consubstantial: – Of the same
substance, esp. of the three Persons in the Godhead.[156]
Consubstantiation: – (Doctrine of)
real substantial presence of body and blood of Christ together with the bread
& wine in Eucharist. (cf transubstantiation) [157]
Borrowing Paul’s analogy - in its effort to be the true has
established itself as the very image (eikon – idol) of the
True and can never with those sacrifices - [same substance
and consubstantiation, with the Mass and Eucharist] - cannot make
the comer’s thereunto perfect. [159]
I saw that the greater the light which the people reject,
the greater will be the power of deception and darkness which will come upon
them. The rejection of truth leaves men captives, the subjects of Satan's
deception.[160]
In 1957 the epochal book Questions on Doctrine was published. On page 390 we read
- “Adventists do not hold any theory of a dual atonement.”
“When, therefore,
one hears an Adventist say, or reads in Adventist literature – even in the writings
of Ellen G White – that Christ is making atonement now, it should be understood
that we mean simply that Christ is now making application of the benefits of
the sacrificial atonement He made on the cross; that He is making it
efficacious for us individually, according to our needs and requests.” [161]
What is meant by Jesus “making application of the benefits of the
sacrificial atonement He made on the cross?” QoD provides the answer –
“How
glorious is the thought that the King, who occupies the throne, is also our
representative at the court of heaven! This becomes all the more meaningful
when we realize that Jesus our surety entered the “holy places,” and appeared
in the presence of God for us. But it was not with the hope of obtaining
something for us at that time, or at some future time. No! He had already
obtained it for us on the cross.”
[162]
Such diminishes to
nought the role of our High Priest in the Final Atonement and the cleansing
from our uncleanness in the Final Atonement.
Chapter X
In 1950 the reigning pope, Pius
XII, proclaimed a “holy year,” and being a devotee of the Virgin Mary, defined
the church’s teaching on her bodily assumption into Heaven. The year was closed
in

Nowhere in Scriptures are we told Mary
precedes the Second Advent: nor are we instructed that “Mary” would have a role
in preparing the church (sic) for all humanity to receive Jesus.
Only the most seriously blinded Laodicean would forget in 1950 the
Papacy promulgated the doctrine of the Bodily Assumption of Mary into Heaven.[164]
It should become obvious to the most casual observer the ‘advice’ received by Father Gobbi by the “Virgin
Mary” driven by the “Most Holy Trinity” is Spiritualism - the “doctrine
of devils”.[165]
The unmasking of the deceptive façade
behind the Little Horn’s Godhead - The Trinity reveals – the god of
Sunday – where he himself reveals once more in his lies about the state of the
dead and Mary.
The Masterpiece Of Deception is
the mystery of iniquity and as the MOTHER OF HARLOTS has informed the world “The mystery of
the Most Holy Trinity is the central mystery of Christian faith and life”[166]
then, it is equally true; the “Most
Holy Trinity” cannot be the true God’s for They
would never endorse spiritualism of any kind.
May it be asked: Would the “Heavenly
Trio” ever violate the Scriptures concerning
the state of the dead? Then who
spoke to Father Gobbi and said, "I was driven by
the Most Holy Trinity!!”
Spiritualism is extremely lethal to the
Christian experience. The enormity of the masterpiece of deception must not be
overlooked. “We can go to God with all confidence, says St. Arnold,
because the Son of God is our mediator with the eternal Father, and the

Will you be so ready to endorse the
Little Horn’s “Most Holy Trinity” by sentiment, by word, by AMENS when
unknowingly worshipping the god of Sunday sacredness, the god of the “Blessed
Virgin”? ‘Unclean spirits like frogs’
who have endorsed her reign are also sending messages of apparent warning!
Spiritualism encapsulates the central doctrine of Roman Catholicism capturing
the Alpha and Omega of Apostasy– the Trinity.
This central doctrine of Romanism holds the essential couplets of the Alpha
and Omega of Apostasy. The
apostasy attacks the top and bottom rungs of The Ladder - The truth of The
Logos and The Theos; and secondly, the Incarnation. Spiritualism interweaves a perfect deception
in preparing the world for the reception and welcome of the Anti-Christ. Yet
more seriously for God’s people in this time of the Final Atonement belief in
this teaching by substituting a false godhead removes our only hope for
cleansing by our High Priest.
In light of John 10 we suggest
reconsideration of the Blue Law of Blasphemy. What would it take for
this law to be re-invoked with the recent allegations against the Roman pontiff
and subsequent burning of churches of anyone who blasphemes their god! Never before
has this foment been seen on a global basis with such murderous hatred of
anyone blaspheming their god! It’s not that the Blue Law provides a penalty for
blasphemy of Allah – it’s that the Blue Law is to provide a death decree
to anyone who blasphemes or even denies the Trinity! Such a law invoked would
appeal the Muslim mind that believes in Fatima and One God, which the Trinity
stands for.
The common denominator is that they all
say they worship the same god unifying the Ecumenical agenda with denial or
blasphemy law against the One God should provoke serious thought! “And they [all the world] worshipped the
Dragon”. How else will the Dragon achieve the entire world to worship himself [174] when Muslims who
keep Friday, the Jews keep Sabbath, and Christians who keep Sunday
all worship a monotheistic God? How
can they all agree on a decree of Sunday worship? But they can all agree to
worship the one and same god no matter how they express their diversity! This
form of Spiritualism will achieve their unity under their agreed One God
however diverse their interpretation may be!
“Who is like unto the beast? Who is able

“Striving to enter in at the strait
gate means that we give the subject of the future life our first attention. We
are to cut away from every hindrance that would prevent our entering into the

The OT reveals how at every stage God’s people wandered from Him
and worshipped false gods and were repeatedly warned and in the process of time
never perceived it to be so.

this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that
were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land
ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD. [178]

nations and by such choice have your name blotted from the Lamb’s Book of Life?
